The Factory is a work and event space developed by Projekt in East London. Spanning 9,000 square metres across a 5.2-acre site, it has been designed to safeguard and grow the thriving artistic and cultural community surrounding the Royal Docks.

Backed by the first-ever grant from the Royal Docks Good Growth Fund, matched by Projekt. The Factory now provides a home for more than 40 large-scale creative businesses, from set designers and photography studios to music producers and furniture makers.

In addition to permanent workspaces, the site also offers flexible facilities for film and television productions, unit bases, and photography shoots, making it a vital hub for London’s creative industries.
